Viman Singhara Atta 150gm
Water chestnut flour is made from dried ground water chestnut. Nuts are boiled, peeled and ground. This flour, which is more starch than flour, has the colour of white cream.
It is primarily used to thicken food and to prepare batter for frying in Indian cuisine.
